1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignalTest ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. SignalTest is operated by its founding team and provides automated market validation services.
2. Service Description
SignalTest is a market validation platform that helps entrepreneurs test business ideas through AI-generated landing pages, market research analysis, and validation reports. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, analyze data, and produce insights. Results are data-informed estimates, not guarantees of market success.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Experiment purchases are one-time payments. All prices are in USD. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no experiment has been started. Once an experiment is running, no refunds are available. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business ideas and experiment data. SignalTest retains ownership of the Platform, its code, AI models, and generated content templates. Landing pages generated for your experiments are licensed to you for the duration of your experiment. Public experiments grant SignalTest a non-exclusive license to display results in the community feed.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using public experiment mode, you consent to your experiment results being displayed in the public feed. You can export all your data at any time via the Settings page. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
SignalTest is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on validation reports. AI-generated content and market analysis are estimates based on available data and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
